Site and Event Rules
-
All mundane
laws apply. Participants shall not violate any state, local or federal laws.
-
Site is
discretely wet.
-
No open flames
permitted. The Fire Chief has clarified that they will allow candles,
but ONLY if they are enclosed, with at least a 6" chimney above the top of the
candle. A fire inspection is likely, so please follow this rule closely.
-
No pets allowed
other than state certified service animals as required by state law. All
service animals must be leashed/tethered at all times. Waste cleanup is
required. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by animals, and any
animals that appear to pose a danger (as determined by the Autocrat or
Seneschal) will be removed from the site by their Owners.
-
No smoking
inside the building or within 25 feet of any entrance.
-
ALL garbage
must be removed. A dumpster is provided in the parking lot behind City Hall.
Please check your table carefully to make sure you are not leaving any trash
behind. If you brought it in, you must take it out.
-
Parents, please
supervise your children. All minors are the responsibility of their parents
or the adult listed on the forms presented at Gate.
-
Please report
all spills or accidental damage to the autocrat immediately, so that it can be
dealt with promptly.
Seating is limited,
so reserve early!
Pre-Registration begins January 15, 2008 and ends March 15, 2008.
