It was announced that this meeting is not being tape recorded
as the recorder stayed home tonight.

Last month's minutes were approved as published.
It was noted that while the two events were lumped together in
a financial report last month, Court of Love made a total of $178.86,
and Yule Feast made $283.88, for a total of $462.74.
Her Excellency officially made the unofficial announcement that
Their Excellencies will not be seeking another term as Baron and
Baroness. They would like to be able to do the Baronial changeover
at Yule Feast this time, in order to allow more populace participation
in the ceremony, but as the Heirs to the Sable Throne have not
yet been chosen, do not yet know if this will be possible. Interested
parties are asked to contact Their Excellencies, and nominations
will be taken after the Official Announcement is made in July.
There was discussion about the Baronial Changeover and Polling
Process, and Ban Iarla Daedin, having administered the Process
before, has made herself available to any who wish further information
on the subject, but also points out that as she is a resident
of the Barony, she will not be administering ours.
Marguerite is having a garage sale this Saturday.
There has been a great deal of discussion regarding Honey War,
and rumors were flying that Aquaterra will be unable to put on
the event this year due to lack of a site. John Catharne offered
to autocrat the event for Glymm Mere at Orting for this year if
Aquaterra is unable to. Baron Aric and Baron Andreu are in discussion
on the matter, which will be decided shortly. It was determined,
with two dissenting votes, that should Aquaterra not be able to
hold Honey War, Glymm Mere should put the event on for this year.
The populace authorized the Financial Committee to approve a budget
for the event should we find that we will have it.
The Exchequer reports that we have a balance of $25,147.71 with
$12,814.67 in obligated funds and $12,333.04 in non-obligated
funds.
The Chatelaine has nothing to report.
The Marshal reports via the Seneschal that there have been no
new injuries at Fight Practice, and that the previous injuries
are well healed, that there are people showing up to try out the
loaner armor, and that all necessary waivers are being collected.
The Archer reports that they have the range cleared enough to
shoot York rounds, and are developing the safety protocols necessary
to run the range, and that there will soon be York Rounds available.
The new Saunder's mats are working out very well, and the frames
that Aleksei built to hold them are incredibly well engineered,
compact, and transportable.
The Arts and Sciences Minister encourages you to check the calendar
for Baronial A&S activities, and to come and participate in
the painting of the dags on the new A&S pavilion over spring
break.
The Chirurgeon has nothing to report.
A new Constable for the Barony was recognized; Rebecca atte Jardin
will step up at May Faire and would like volunteers to work with
her there.
The Herald reports that she is stepping down at May Faire, and
that Kateryn of Falconkeep will become the interim officeholder
until someone would like to learn the job comes forward to take
it. Kateryn encourages any such people out there to contact her.
On the job training is readily available. The Herald also reports
that the Baronial Devices project is coming along nicely.
The Chronicler reports that he will be stepping down at May Faire.
His deputy put out most of this month's Looking Glass on his own,
and will be completely taking over with the May edition.
Wittanhaven had no report.
The Seneschal reports that things are going well, and requests
that the Baronial Name once more be taken in vain as the Hosts
of the An Tir Administrative Retreat, which the Seneschal will
be autocratting. There was discussion about the Retreat, and the
Barony agreed that their name may be utilized.
The Chamberlain reports that the binning project has gone well,
and that autocrats needing things from the storage locker will
be expected to take entire bins, not just items from them, and
to return the bins in a timely manner with the contents clean
and dry and useable and in the correct bins. The Chamberlain will
also be stepping down at May Faire and will hand the reins over
to Kat, so the Chamberlain may be reached at the same address
and phone number, but with a different name.

Archos Gryphon reports that the Archery Learning Days was a blast
and anybody who wasn't there missed a great event, and to everyone
who was there, thanks for helping. There was great enthusiasm
for the idea of doing this again next year, and making it a two-day
event rather than just one. The event turned a profit of $42,
which will be donated to the OGGS Medallion Fund to buy medallions
recognizing the top archers in several categories at the end of
the year.
Autocrat Natasha reports that May Faire planning is going well,
that we have several plans for ways to overcome publicity shortages,
that we are still seeking a clean up crew for the event, and that
the next May Faire meeting will be in the Garden Room at Coco's,
6pm for dinner, 7pm for the meeting, on April 21st.
Baroness Catriona needs waterbearing bottles for May Faire, needs
those who have painted charters to bring them back in, and still
has detail brushes available for what she paid for them.
Ban Iarla Daedin reports that the Seneschal of Glymm Mere wins
a prize for being the first to report this quarter, said prize
to be determined at a later date.
Catriona also reports that Caroline from Dragon's Laire will be
coming down to teach a rapier marshalling class at Fight Practice
on the 15th of April, and that Walter should be back in time to
get a good Birthday Beating for his 50th.

A&S Championship, Yule Feast and Court of Love. Bids will
