Site fees:

Fees for adults are $12 site fee and $4 event fee for a total of $16.

Children 17-12 have a $6 site fee and $2 event fee for a total of $8.

Children under 12 are free

Family Cap for event fee only is $12 per family.   This does not include the site fee.  For example, a Family of two adults and two children between 17 and 12 would pay the Family Cap of $12 PLUS a site fee total of $36 ($12+$12+$6+$6), for a total of $48.

$3 non-member surcharge will apply.

Merchants Fee - $35 for the first 10 feet of frontage - 30 feett deep. Each additional 10 feet of frontage (30 feet deep) - $10

Merchants need to contact Kolfinna Vallagyoja with their information, and also need to visit the Merchant Information page at http://www.dragonssphere.com/index2.htm for site registration.

The Saturday potluck is stone soup style and free to those who wish to participate. Please bring an ingredient for the soups (one beef based, one split pea based) and/or a side dish for sharing. Any additional meats should be pre-cooked. Soup ingredients should be in the tavern and given to Kolfinna by 5 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm.
